Challenge
Consolidate to a single Atlassian Cloud platform without disrupting active programmes, while satisfying APRA-aligned controls.
Role
Senior Business Analyst — discovery, target operating model, migration design.
Actions taken
- Inventoried 11k projects, 380 workflows, and 240 integrations
- Defined the target governance model and admin RACI
- Designed the wave-based migration plan with rollback gates
- Co-led communications and training across 14 tribes
